FAQs

 

How does the challenge work?

Your 21 Day Challenge starts on 9.19.21. A new workout will be loaded here on days Monday- Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you will have access to a livestream class at 6PM EDT. If you cannot attend the livestream you will be able to access the recording here after the class.

Do I need any equipment for this challenge?

No, equipment is not required but optional in case you want to increase the intensity of your workout. All exercises can be done without equipment. On Mondays and Fridays we will use booty bands and weights. Choose weights that are appropriate but challenging for your fitness level. You can get your booty bands from here.
